The objective was to survey different real estate companies in West India. The study had one major module i.e.

A sample survey of more than 500 was conducted in Mumbai, Pune, Nashik, Nagpur, Ahmedabad, Rajkot, Vadodara, Surat, Indore and Bhopal.

A comprehensive list of real estate companies was generated with the help of secondary sources, magazines and other publications.

More than 500 companies were sent the factual data questionnaire and then were rigorously followed up telephonically to share their factual data.
