Jamshedpur, March 9: Inner Wheel Club of Jamshedpur in coordination with Tatanagar Railway Station has installed sanitary pad vending machine for lady guards, railway women employees in Platform Number 1 of the railway station as part of International Women’s Day celebration, on Wednesday, March 9.
Tatanagar Station director Raghuvansh Kumar along with club officials inaugurated the vending machine.
Club President Vinita Shah informed, “This is second vending machine that has been installed at the railway station which would improve sanitation and hygiene. We would continue to work for the benefit of women railway employees in the future.”
Tatanagar Railway officials Santosh Prasad, Arpita Maiti, Sunil Kumar Singh along with Inner Wheel District Vice Chairman Dr. Rita Jha, District Treasure Alokananda Bakshi, Health Hygiene Director Aruna Taneja, Nibha Mishra, former president Shweta Chand, Dr. Manju Rani Singh and Secretary Archana Shekhar were present.
