Takkii Ramen, which is moving into space by early fall at 36 N. Third St., plans to utilize a staff of at least three robots, working side-by-side with human co-workers. The robotic staff will be able to show patrons to their seats, take orders, and bring food from chefs to tables, similar to runners.
