All Chinese foods skillfully combine the six primary flavors—sweet, sour, pungent, hot, salty, and spicy. A common Chinese dessert called darsaan is formed with fried wonton noodles. Along with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, the noodles are topped with honey and sesame seeds. 

Here is the recipe 

1 tbsp roasted sesame seeds 

In a pan, boil water. Make the dough, take a bowl and add all-purpose flour, and boiled water and mix nicely. Roll the dough into thin sheets, dust the dry flour to make the process smooth. Now cut into flat straps. Add these prepared noodles in another boiling water pan, when noodles are cooked it will come on to top. With the help of a mesh sieve, remove it to a plate and keep it aside to cool. 

Heat oil in a pan and fry the boiled noodles until light brown colour. In another pan and add sugar, melt it on simmering flame. Add honey, lime juice, sesame seeds, and fried noodles use tongs to mix until sugar mixture coats on noodles. Transfer into serving plate, sprinkle some sesame seeds and add ice cream.

Roll the dough out thinly and uniformly. 

Before adding honey, turn off the heat while creating the syrup. 

Coat the strips as soon as the syrup is prepared.
