Working Principle:Quick-frozen aquatic products contain a certain amount of cold energy and low temperature cold water (0-1ºC) circulates inside the machine. When products are fed to the machine, their cold energy will be immediately released to quickly freeze cold water on the surface of products so as to form a layer of ice.
