This type machine applies to shaping of the dough which knead of the flour with water or other additives.Dough by extrusion, transportation, cut, rounded ways to be processed into a cylindrical spherical buns.

2.Structural features and working principle:
JD30 dough divider is mainly with the gear box, frame, transmission flour, forming four parts.
A major part of the transmission flour is :Upper box body , chain, sprocket, discharge port, a packing auger, auger body, front cover, adjusted flour export, the flour box etc.;Molding part mainly have :A material inlet, forming plate, flat plate, rubber plate, a material receiving plate etc..
After the motor is started, you need to put good dough evenly into the feed inlet, under the action of double twister, the dough is extruded delivery to the outlet, through to adjusted export, top lifting wheel is evenly after extrusion, cutting down the rotary cut the dough into a cylindrical size uniform surface quickly, and then into the material inlet by tern .Kneading, forming a circular arc groove of the round disc in the formation of cylindrical spherical Steamed buns blank surface smooth.
Steamed buns blank size by adjusting the movable rack hanging distance change wheel and the front cover to realize.
